4.5 Processing Times. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your lj77 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours. lj77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.6 No Chargeback. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits made to lj77 without first contacting lj77 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities.
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.2 Withdrawal to Verified Method. lj77 processes withdrawals only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the lj77 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
5.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing withdrawals above ₱10,000.00 (or cumulative withdrawals meeting the threshold defined by lj77's compliance procedures), lj77 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of address. Delays in providing required documentation will delay withdrawal processing.
5.4 Processing Times. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, system maintenance, or compliance review periods.
5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings attributed to it.

7.1 Certified RNG. 7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection during an active game round, lj77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure issues may affect Platform availability. lj77 will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and communicate maintenance windows in advance.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the lj77 Platform shall first be submitted to lj77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting lj77 support. lj77 will provide a written response within ten (10) business days.
13.3 If a dispute is not resolved through internal resolution, it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
14.1 lj77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
